Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to lead and manage New Product Development Programs, working closely with the VAD R&D team and cross-functional leadership. This role requires extensive technical expertise and strategic vision to solve complex challenges and drive the successful execution of projects from concept to commercialization.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, product architecture, and project management principles, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Applies extensive technical expertise & has full knowledge of related fields.
* Develops technical and business process solutions to sophisticated problems, which requires out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.
* In partnership with the platform and core team members, the company is responsible for the development and commercialization, goes to market, and launches the strategy for the project(s).
You will also lead go-to-market strategies and oversee the creation of successful, market-ready products. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in communicating sophisticated technical issues, driving decision-making, and encouraging team alignment.
About the Role
As a Program Manager - R&D - PMO, you will be the prime contact for key projects and contracts, collaborating with senior external personnel to navigate technical challenges.
A proactive, self-starting attitude is essential, as you'll be encouraged to identify and implement process improvements and innovations across all aspects of the development cycle.

About You
We're looking for someone with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a closely related engineering degree.
An 'advanced degree' in an engineering field or MBA is preferred, or equivalent experience.
At least 6-8 years of confirmed experience in product development and design is required.
Knowledge of global regulations (FDA, Anvisa, NMPA, MDR) and quality requirements (ISO, GB, JISC, etc.) is necessary.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams through sophisticated projects or programs is also required.
