Want to work for a progressive Multinational based in Limerick? Our client is an established Multinational based in Limerick and is currently looking to hire an Experienced Engineering Department Administrator to work full time.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for some of the following duties:
1. Diary Management to ensure a controlled & manageable schedule of meetings.
2. Online purchases for the Engineering Team.
3. Organising internal & external meetings, ensuring preparation of relevant documents in advance.
4. Handles incoming invoices and routes them for relevant approvals. Responds to invoice queries.
5. Entry of data to ensure records are maintained up to date, accurate, and in compliance with general policies and procedures.
6. Serves as the liaison with other departments in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational activities and issues.
7. Overseeing & booking all travel arrangements & accommodation requirements.
8. Provide a high level of administration support to the Senior Management team & Engineering team.
9. Developing accurate, well-presented reports & presentations in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Skills / Experience:
1. Prior experience in a Senior Administrator / Executive PA / Department Admin role is essential.
2. Experience in a multinational environment would be a distinct advantage.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. A flexible approach to work & the capability of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
