Position Summary
To achieve personal objectives set by Clinique and contribute to the account's success.
To promote and maintain Clinique's image and reputation with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Sales
* Achieve targets set by the Company as communicated by the counter manager.
* Be proactive in increasing sales opportunities and service standards.
* Identify features and benefits of products, providing consumers with relevant information.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Brand and product.
* Provide personalized service to customers to meet expectations and achieve sales targets.
* Maintain awareness of new stock, best sellers, out-of-stock categories, and layouts.
* Act as a role model, encouraging colleagues to achieve agreed standards.
* Take responsibility for development and understand company culture.
* Promote the Brand image at all times.
Merchandising
* Preserve merchandising displays and ensure counter hygiene standards, including clean testers and fixtures that reflect the Clinique image and guidelines.
* Communicate and adhere to VM, counter hygiene, and brand guidelines.
* Report Health and Safety/maintenance issues to the Counter Manager and SEE immediately.
Education
* Complete self-learning of eLearning/onboarding modules as set by the counter manager.
* Build relationships with key agency partners to train/coach agency staff/generic teams to support achieving retail goals.
* Offer high-touch, personalized Clinique Travel Retail services to customers individually or as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
* Possess a passion for the Clinique Brand.
* Able to learn quickly and be compliant in nature.
* Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
* Able to work independently, under pressure, and self-motivated.
* Able to work variable hours, including early starts, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in retail.
* Must have an up-to-date passport to work in airports.
* Requires an airside pass, which involves providing a checkable 5-year work/education history and satisfactory security clearance from the airport authority and CRC check.
