Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately.
In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services.
Administrative Officer Grade IV Permanent, Part-time (17.5 hours per week) post ?
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above positions to provide secretarial and administrative support to Consultant and clinical team.
The successful candidate will be flexible, committed and possess the following: Have a recognised, relevant and validated qualification(s); A MINIMUM OF 5 years' current administrative experience.
Experience in a medical or similar setting would be an advantage; Excellent typing skills, data entry and demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, telephone and reception experience; Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills; The ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines; The ability to provide administrative cover in other services within St.
John of God Community Mental Health Services when the need arises.
Display absolute discretion and confidentiality; Full clean Driving Licence and access to own means of transport essential.
Remuneration Salary Grade 0558 Grade IV (Clerical) on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €33,422 - € 52,253 per annum pro rata Initial location The initial location of this role is Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.
However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CSs other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
