Teaching Position: Gaeilge and Maths Teacher
Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) invites applications for the position of a Teacher of Gaeilge and Maths at one of its post-primary schools.
The position is expected to arise during the school year 2025/2026, and applicants are invited to apply for the subject combinations advertised.
Filling of vacancies is subject to the Director of Redeployment Scheme agreeing to the posts being filled, following the completion of the 2025/26 Redeployment Scheme.
Vacancies are expected to arise at St Mogue's College, Bawnboy, Co Cavan.
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to fill the position of Gaeilge and Maths teacher. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teaching skills, as well as a passion for education.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Gaeilge and Maths to students at post-primary level, and will also contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Gaeilge and Maths to students at post-primary level
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies
Selection Process
