The Role
* As primary contact for B2B customers, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
* Attention to detail is crucial for administration tasks.
* Customer Service involves occasional calls and emails while processing orders and performing daily tasks.
Key Requirements
* A genuine passion for people with excellent communication skills in English.
* Prior experience in fast-paced office environments or customer-facing roles is desirable but not mandatory.
* A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are essential.
Work Arrangements
* Base salary: €32,000 per year.
* After onboarding and probation, up to 6 weeks (30 working days) of remote work may be permitted abroad (terms and conditions apply).
