Team and context
The Presales team acts as a bridge within the company, connecting the marketing, sales/business development, and product teams. Their goal is to provide salespeople with the support and information they need to convince our customers why our product is the best fit for them.
As an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Consultant, you will handle various accounts across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). You will join a growing team dedicated to assisting business development teams in EMEA (and occasionally other regions) to gain new clients and grow existing ones.
Your missions
1. Qualify new opportunities with the sales team; understand the client requirements and map to existing Murex solutions and roadmap; identify gaps and risks
2. Coordinate various teams involved in responding to RFI /RFPs, sometimes acting as the lead coordinator for major new ERM opportunities, and provide comprehensive responses to these requests.
3. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations of the MX.3 solution to potential and existing customers; focusing on ERM and regulatory aspects for banking activities. These presentations can range from single sessions to extended workshops and may involve a wide audience, including IT, risk managers, and C-Level executives.
4. Monitor market trends and feed the product team with field feedback of product presentations
5. Be an integral part of the risk solution industrialization/automation team working on demo configuration, scripts, use-cases, documentation, slides, roadmap, and pricing/catalog descriptions for risk solutions.
6. Attend team meetings to understand the global opportunities’ status and to share knowledge and insights with your colleagues; perform internal training
7. Collaborate with the Murex Marketing team to create ERM documentation and analyze the competitive landscape, leveraging your experience with other vendors' risk products
8. Work with the Murex Go-to-Market (GTM) team to promote new ERM business solutions or enhancements to existing solutions, acting as the Pre-Sales expert within the broader GTM team.
9. Occasionally participate in marketing events, potentially representing Murex at risk conferences and seminars (such as RiskMinds International) to promote thought leadership in the market.
