Site Engineer
We are currently seeking Site Engineers to join a dynamic and expanding construction team based in Co. Dublin and Co. Cork.
Our client is a leading player in the residential construction industry, managing multiple exciting projects across the region. Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and evaluate the quality control of subcontractor work.
2. Coordinate site drawings and manage the setting out for subcontractors, including gridlines and levels for groundwork, RC frame, foundations, floor slabs, block laying, services, and civil works.
3. Supervise and monitor groundworks, civil engineering contractors, and concrete frame contractors.
4. Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
5. Maintain site records and quality assurance documentation.
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Site Engineer role.
7. Level 8 Engineering qualification or equivalent.
8. Experience with residential and/or contracting projects, with RC frame experience highly desirable.
9. Strong ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
10. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
11. Highly methodical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Capable of working effectively with people at all levels.
13. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
14. Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
15. Willing to accept responsibility for completing tasks and achieving project goals.
