Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to join our team in Cork. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the efficient management of financial processes and support daily accounting activities.
Duties:
* Manage and resolve customer queries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
* Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records for accurate financial tracking.
* Prepare and file VAT and RCT returns on time, meeting regulatory requirements.
* Assist with the annual financial audit, providing thorough and timely support.
* Handle general payroll inquiries, offering expert guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
* Manage sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups, ensuring seamless cash flow.
* Invoice daily commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Investigate and resolve supplier queries, fostering strong relationships and resolving any discrepancies.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the business, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent, with a keen eye for accuracy.
* ATI qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
* Prior experience in payroll administration and invoicing is desirable.
* Excellent communication and Excel skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks.
