Hotel Talent is currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our clients welcoming Front Office team in a 5* property.
In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated team to ensure that every guest receives a warm, efficient welcome throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and provide training on SOPs and standards.
Ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Handle reservations calls efficiently, providing a high level of guest care.
Participate in meetings, including the Morning Stand-Up and weekly Head of Department meetings.
Oversee room allocations and coordinate with the Accommodation team to ensure timely availability.
Promote the hotel, its outlets, and local activities to guests.
Maintain accurate filing and administration within the department.
Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential.
A fresh new perspective on the role and forward thinking whilst supporting the team.
Strong knowledge of Front Office systems, preferably Opera, is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
