Job Description
At Enel X Global Retail, we are dedicated to providing innovative energy solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers worldwide.
* Connect local teams with global experts to leverage their expertise and capabilities.
* Work closely with Demand Response Operations (DRO) teams at the local level and Global Operations and Product teams at the global level.
* Support local teams in meeting business objectives through training, process improvement, and adopting appropriate tools and systems.
* Advocate for local teams to ensure allocation of necessary resources.
* Define and promote global best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance and measure progress towards operational goals.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
* Discover ways to increase margins and reduce risk.
* Create ideas to improve our systems, including the Flex Platform and ECRM Database.
* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) for the Flex Platform.
* Use tools and systems to streamline operations, enhance data visibility, and automate repetitive tasks.
* Conduct surveys to gather internal stakeholder feedback.
* Create and maintain documentation and training resources for local teams.
