Job Title: Automation Equipment Maintenance Technician
Summary:
Maintain automation equipment in accordance with health and safety, operational, and quality work instructions to ensure the production of quality products in a timely, safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure consistent quality, output, and yield by maintaining automation equipment in excellent condition.
* Apply systematic root cause problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, completing all associated paperwork and records.
* Lead process improvements to achieve more efficient operations while adhering to change management and cGMP requirements.
* Assist with the commissioning of new equipment or projects.
* Order and maintain an appropriate stock of spare parts.
* Cross-train technicians as required.
* Be flexible to travel to support new equipment buy-offs or training.
* Sustain company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP in all practices and recording of events and processes.

Working Schedule:
This is a Back End Night shift working from 8pm to 8am on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every Second Saturday.
Salary:
$80,000 per annum (estimated salary based on industry standards)
