Level 3 IT Support Engineer Contract | €300/day | Dublin | Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Support Engineer to join our client's team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting a diverse technology stack, and mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues across various platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues involving servers, networking, and enduser devices. Manage and support Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Server environments. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve support processes. Document solutions and share knowledge with the wider IT team. Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 support capacity. Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365. Proficient in network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, HyperV). Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or ITIL. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
