We are seeking an ambitious Financial Advisor to join our team at a well-established Financial Brokerage.
The successful candidate will have a client-centric approach, be sales-focused and self-motivated, with a proven ability to develop long-standing relationships with clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a Book of existing clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
* Assess and analyse clients' financial circumstances to determine their requirements, making recommendations and providing solutions as needed.
* Contact prospective customers to deliver on their life and pension requirements, ensuring accurate CRM data is maintained.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and communicate regularly with the Sales Manager to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Financial Advisory position, ideally within a retail intermediary or brokerage.
* Demonstrate business development and relationship management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Hold a QFA qualification (minimum) and possess in-depth knowledge of life, pensions, and investment products.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently, driven by a solution-focused mindset.
* Contribute positively to the company's growth, adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines at all times.
