Job Title: Duty Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily store operations, maintain high store standards, and ensure exceptional customer service in a well-established client in County Dublin.
* Supervision, training, and motivation of the store team to adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Maintenance of store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times.
* Addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly for a positive shopping experience.
* Monitoring stock levels and collaboration with the inventory team to keep shelves stocked and organized.
* Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, including sales figures, staffing levels, and operational issues.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
* Experience in a grocery store or similar setting is advantageous.
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and staff.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
* Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
