Job Title: Strategic Account Lead – Cleaning Services
Contract type: 1 year fixed term contract
Location: Across multiple sites in the Leinster region
Work Environment: Hybrid working model with regular site visits to Dublin based office.
The Strategic Account Lead will manage a nationwide soft services contract, ensuring the delivery of services across multiple sites while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual agreements. This role focuses on overseeing operations such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with client expectations. This position will report into the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and budget management. Handle contract renewals and negotiations.
* Operational Oversight: Supervise delivery of soft services, develop operational plans, and monitor quality control procedures.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary client contact, build relationships, and report on contract performance.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop contract and subcontracted teams, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulations, prepare performance and financial reports, and manage audits and corrective actions.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement innovations, and drive service optimisation.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in managing soft services within the FM industry.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
* Proficient in financial and contract management.
* Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
