Job Responsibilities
The field-based Business Development Manager and Trainer will drive growth across the professional business supporting salons, clinics, and spas. They will execute training, education, and business support to maximise brand awareness and revenue.
Main Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed key sales targets.
* Manage territory and journey planner.
* Deliver a high standard of product knowledge and education.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of skincare and beauty trends.
* Build strong relationships with their accounts and add value on visits to maximise mutual growth/profitability.
* Train spa's/salons/clinic on brand facial protocols.
* Analyse reports, data to identify opportunities/issues and assist in achieving sales target.
Essential Skills
* Proven experience in sales and achieving / exceeding targets.
* Strong interpersonal, time keeping and organisational skills.
* Excellent team player.
* Proactive and self-motivated.
Key Requirements
* Experience in advanced skin treatments, such as peels.
* Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetics Therapy (laser and advanced treatments).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in industry.
* Passion for aesthetics.
