Current Opportunity
We are currently adding to our site team in Tipperary - hiring for a Maintenance Administrator.
About the Role
This role will provide administrative support to the site team.
Main Responsibilities
1. General administrative duties
2. Preparation for Tier meetings (overview of safety moments, holiday tracker, dashboards etc.)
3. Updating and maintaining org charts for all CQV partners
4. Maintaining email circulation groups
5. Coordinating site visitors appointments vendors etc. to site
6. Collating information for Newsletters
7. Preparing storyboards
9. Supporting Resources / New Starters
10. Organising interview and assisting candidates while on site
11. Organising safety induction and onboarding for all members of the Commissioning, Validation & Qualification (CQV) team
12. Setting up printer access and CAR pass
13. Organising and managing training curriculum
14. Assisting with arranging hotel accommodation for team members relocating to Limerick for execution phase of the project
15. Supporting new starts with IT issues
16. Safety duties
17. Documenting attendance records at safety toolbox talks etc.
18. Tracking Safepass and ensuring all members have a valid safepass
19. Ensuring everyone working in the CQV team reads & understands and signs off on Health & Safety plan.
20. Tracking hours expended by team on site and submitting weekly reports
21. Sharing all safety comms with CQV teams
22. Doc Control Duties
23. Control of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) documentation
24. Project filing, scanning etc.
25. Supporting vendors where required for scanning and filing of documentation
Requirements
To apply for this role you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
* Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
* Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
