Senior Care & Support Worker Role
The Senior Care & Support Worker will be responsible for assisting the Scheme Manager in running the scheme, ensuring compliance with residential care home regulations and Radius's policies and procedures.
About the Role
* This permanent position is based at Knock Eden, Portadown, and involves working 37 hours per week, including day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Scheme Manager in running the scheme, ensuring compliance with residential care home regulations and Radius's policies and procedures.
2. In the absence of the Scheme Manager, be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme.
3. Utilize knowledge and experience to manage, control, and administer medications effectively.
Criteria
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade C or above, OR a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, OR Registered Nurse live on the NMC register, OR current and registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant, consistent, and continuous experience at supervisory level in a formal caring environment.

Requirements
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
