Application Support Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our client, a global healthcare services firm.
Duties:
* Provide first-line support on a rotational basis, handling all customer enquiries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls.
* Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues/problems concerning deployed products.
* Utilising ticketing systems, report on support efficiency and issues affecting software utilisation.
* Develop strong knowledge of used Software applications including configuration, mapping and new releases.
* Maintain Compliance with business processes and policies, supporting the implementation of Soteria at client sites.
Requirements:
* Professional experience in software deployment and implementation, ideally within the healthcare domain.
* Experience in product or service support to customers, preferably with Jira or similar software.
* Familiarity with Freshdesk and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is advantageous.
This role involves working 2 days per week in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services.
