A snapshot of your peer group:
1. 5+ years' experience delivering projects, specifically within the area of People & Change or Organisational Transformations.
2. Previous Change Management experience essential.
3. Strong Project Management skills.
4. Experience and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring.
5. Understanding and practical experience of organisational design and workforce planning projects would be a bonus.

1. Lead on the delivery of major consulting engagements.
2. Make strategic decisions and work alongside senior leadership teams.

You will be joining a dynamic team of 38 people from 10 different nationalities speaking more than 15 languages with one thing in common - a passion for people.
