Job Summary:
Our Media Delivery Analysts provide comprehensive insights to clients by analyzing the impact of digital and other media on shopping and purchasing patterns.
Responsibilities:
* Advanced Analytics Skills: Consistently analyze and interpret data trends and patterns, translating them into coherent insights, actions, and recommendations that create client value.
* Familiarity with statistical techniques to address business questions.
* Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in solutions and outcomes.
Ad Operations Experience:
* Experience with pixels, log files, or other exposure data assets related to digital advertisement measurement.
* Communicating with DSPs/Ad Servers/Publishers in the digital marketing space regarding pixel implementation or ad exposure log files.
Planning and Organizing:
* Determines effort and resources required to meet objectives, plans, coordinates, and manages resources effectively.
* Foresees possible issues and takes action to mitigate them.
* Takes ownership of projects and holds oneself accountable to meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
* Effectively manages time and maintains focus in a highly charged environment, prioritizing competing tasks against tight deadlines.
Cross-Functional Influence:
* Demonstrates effective team behaviors, including informing others of relevant information, supporting team decisions, encouraging others to share ideas, resolving conflicts, and establishing common client-focused goals.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
* 2-4 years of experience in media, with a focus on digital and website analytics, Ad Tech, Ad Operations, Marketing Science, Marketing Mix Analysis, and/or Media Analytics.
* Providing analytical solutions and business insights to create value for clients or executive-level management.
* Familiarity with CPG and/or GM industries.
* Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.
* Research studies (test/control, AB testing, mix modeling).
