Role Summary The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial aspects of one or more construction projects.
Working closely with the site team, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities * Manage project budgets, costs, and financial planning from start to finish.
* Prepare and review tender documentation, contracts, and subcontractor packages.
* Procure subcontractors and negotiate contracts to achieve value for money.
* Monitor project costs, assess variations, and provide regular financial reports.
* Advise on financial risks and forecast project outcomes.
* Finalize accounts with clients and subcontractors.
* Ensure all work complies with contractual and legal requirements.
Requirements * A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, including project management experience.
* Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contracts (experience preferred).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
* Analytical, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
