Catering Manager Role
We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to oversee our services in Cork.
Purpose of the Role:
The key responsibilities of this position involve monitoring performance, promoting growth, and ensuring direct line management of various services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective communication throughout the service.
* Monitor staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Foster a team approach that recognizes individual contributions and promotes high staff morale.
* Monitor and record team training and progress.
* Plan, organize, and control all aspects of the services within client and company guidelines.
* Manage staffing rotas to meet trading patterns, business growth, and operational requirements.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Ensure equipment, fixtures, and fittings are maintained and safe for use.
* Implement cash handling controls, ensuring all staff adhere to the Cash Handling Policy.
Requirements:
* Positive attitude and keen eye for detail.
* Experience in business management or a related field.
* High-quality customer service skills.
* At least one year's experience as a Catering Supervisor or above.
