The hours of work for this role are generally: 0930 to 1530. This role will cover both midweek and weekend days.
What are we looking for?
* Excellent presentation,
* Exceptional Customer service and communication skills,
* Positive Attitude
* Good command of the English Language
* Experience in a cleaning role would be a distinct advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
* To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedures.
* To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in bedrooms, bathrooms, and areas of work throughout the hotel, including corridors and fire exits/stores.
* To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team.
* To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
* To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work.
* To have a full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
* Attend all training courses as notified to you by management.
