As we continue to see growth in our Ireland operations, we now have an opportunity for a Payroll Delivery Manager specialising in Irish payroll operations to join our team. In this role, you'll not only process payroll and have lots of interaction with our customers, but also lead and manage our fantastic payroll team.
We have embraced home working in Ireland, so this role is offered on a remote basis, however the successful candidate must be physically located in Ireland with the necessary right to live and work.
Here's what a typical day might look like...
* Leading and supervising the Ireland Payroll Team, coordinating daily activities and prioritising work load to ensure a high quality service to our customers
* Working with the payroll team to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and carried out
* Ensuring that work is processed in an accurately and timely manner and in line with activpayroll processes and procedures
* Assisting the Implementation team to ensure the effective onboarding of new customers with an Irish payroll requirement
* Acting as a customer escalation point, maintaining regular communication and identifying opportunities for us to offer additional services
* Monitoring the Payroll Team performance to ensure everyone is achieving the established goals and objectives
* Stay updated with Irish payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements and acting as a coach and guide to the internal team and to our customers
* Develop and deliver payroll training to ensure awareness and understanding of our policies and procedures
To be brilliant in this role, you'll be...
* A subject matter expert in Irish payroll with clear experience of delivering payrolls ideally in a bureau environment
* Experienced in managing and motivating others, acting as a leader for your team
* A fantastic communicator and an individual who takes initiative and pride in their work
* Up to date with Irish regulatory requirements and legislative changes ensuring that all payrolls are compliant with Irish regulations
* Practical, flexible and adaptable; solution-oriented not dogmatic or theoretical; happy to be in the middle of the work
