Job Ad: Sales Account Administrator Location: South Dublin, Co. Dublin Job Type: Full time We are currently looking for a Sales Account Administrator to join our clients dynamic team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Account Manager and Director, acting as the key liaison for all day-to-day team activities.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of sales, administration, account development, and creative support, while ensuring smooth coordination and communication across the team.
Responsibilities: Administration: Stock control (under direction) Website maintenance Cross-team support Sales and purchase orders (approval required from Account Manager/Director) Booking couriers and order tracking Basic reporting for the team Facilitating invoice generation via sales and purchase orders Status/pipeline reports for the team ISO policy compliance Account Development: Collaborating with the Account Manager and Director to achieve account-specific targets Appropriate escalation of issues to the Account Director Proactively identifying merchandise opportunities within accounts CRM maintenance (new contacts, opportunities, sales conversions, quotes, pipeline) Suggesting and organizing external customer meetings Creative Support: Product awareness Brainstorming new ideas Presentations New product development Brand awareness Coordination and Reporting to Account Manager/Director: Order management from initial sales order to product delivery Monitoring supplier production and delivery schedules Managing work in progress on all orders Producing order status reports Cross-functional communication (website, design, warehouse, logistics) Preparing and checking invoices, packing lists Specifying artwork/design sheets Problem-solving and issue resolution Research and Pricing: Researching ideas and customers Sourcing and producing quotes and costings for Account Manager/Director Logistics management and tracking Supplier knowledge and relationship building Timely Proactive Customer Communication for Account Manager/Director: Follow-ups on artwork, samples, and pre-production approvals Chasing customer POs Providing order status updates (shipping, delivery, delays, shortages, etc.)
Key Requirements: 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent administration and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a hands-on mentality Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint German speaker is a plus but not essential If you are eager to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-focused mentality, apply today to join our team!
