Wexford General Hospital is currently recruiting a Grade VI Complaints Officer.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for responding to, monitoring, and managing service user feedback (including complaints, compliments, and patient experience surveys). The post holder will work with department managers to support quality improvement initiatives across all services in Wexford General Hospital & Ely Hospital.
