The main purpose of this role is to enable the profitable growth of Phasor Maintenance by bringing efficiencies to our Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance departments, providing control and visibility on all Commercial & Residential Projects and improving the transfer of financial information from Operations to Accounts. Your work will include managing the Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance Teams, collecting project updates and financial information, producing weekly reports, improving systems and processes.
