The Role
1. Full-time, permanent role for a Veterinary Nurse
2. Salary is €28,000-€36,000 commensurate with experience level and subject to pro rata
3. 4 day work week, plus 1 in 3 Saturday shifts (10:30am-1:30pm)
4. No OOH, Sundays or Bank Holidays
5. Ideally to start in November 2024
6. New graduate support and training provided

11. All levels of experience will be considered for this role
12. New graduates will receive support and training through both our experienced team and IVC Evidensia’s bespoke Nurse Academy
About Us
Our practice in Celbridge has been providing veterinary services to north Kildare and west Dublin since 1996. We have expanded over the years to become a well-established, busy Small Animal Hospital and a registered centre for veterinary nurses training with both The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, London and University College Dublin. A major extension and renovation of our premises provided us with a state-of-the-art hospital equipped with facilities to care for over 50 inpatients at any one time with dedicated Isolation units, Intensive care units, plus Medical, Surgical and Anaesthetic Recovery units. Our facilities also include; 3 surgical suites including a dedicated orthopaedic suite, gaseous anaesthetic with advanced monitoring systems, digital radiography, Ultrasound, In-house laboratory, ECG, fully equipped dental suite and dental x-rays.
Our expert team is made up of 5 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Veterinary Nurses, and 4 support staff. We are a close-knit, professional team with many of us holding certificates in Feline Medicine, SA Medicine and Dentistry. We have a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and employee wellbeing.
