Our client is a leading service provider of residential and respite services for people with specialist needs.
Due to continued growth and expansion, they are in need of a HR Manager with strong experience developing and successfully rolling out talent acquisition strategies.
You will report to the CEO and regularly to the Board on progression of talent acquisition initiatives.
The overall objective of your new role is to manage and provide leadership to ensure HR services and supports are provided in an efficient and effective manner.
You will be required to lead and co-ordinate the provision of talent acquisition including succession planning, retention and training/development whilst ensuring a high quality and motivated workplace.
You will participate at a senior level in the overall governance arrangements.
