Due to continued growth, new project wins, and contract extensions, Shareridge is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a reliable and experienced Site Agent to join our expanding team in Waterford.
You’ll be working on a high-profile wastewater project, leading teams on the ground and ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work complies with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
* Review construction work packages and ensure effective planning and execution on-site.
* Ensure all activities align with approved Traffic Management and HSQE plans.
* Liaise with third-party stakeholders, clients, and utility providers to coordinate efficient delivery.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation.
* Manage subcontractors in line with project timelines and specifications.
* Provide regular updates and reporting to the Project Manager.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar Site Agent or Site Management role, preferably within water, wastewater, or utility projects.
* Strong subcontractor management skills and a hands-on approach to site leadership.
* Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* A full Irish driving licence is required.
* Experience in heavy civils, infrastructure, or public works projects is a distinct advantage.
