The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of warehouse experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of warehouse management.
You will be responsible for managing multiple facilities and driving the efficiency and growth of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors, operatives, and support staffSet performance targets and KPIs for the warehouse team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performanceFoster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementOversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping of goodsLead and manage projects to contribute to the growth and operational efficiencies of the businessEnsure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels, coordinating with procurement and other departments as necessaryManage and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and optimise the use of resourcesDevelop and manage the warehouse operations budget, ensuring that costs are kept within budgeted limitsIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational efficiency or safetyManage team attendance and annual leave, ensuring smooth operations at all timesEnsure the team follows Health and Safety regulations and best practicesProvide first-line solutions to team members who require information, advice, and guidanceWhat can you expect in return?Full training and ongoing professional developmentA diverse and inclusive work environment that values all individualsWhat's next?
