Executive Assistant/Site Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, PA or Site Administrator to support our Operations Director and team in the Limerick region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide diverse, confidential, and general administrative support, exercising discretion as needed.
* Support specific projects, including office maintenance and file management.
* Meet and greet corporate clients upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
* Serve as liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
* Manage travel arrangements for the Operations Manager.
* Prepare and manage various documents, including letters of invitation, reports, and presentations.
* Acquire knowledge to respond to queries, take ownership of issues, and communicate resolutions in a timely manner.
* Prioritize and manage a busy workload efficiently.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant/Site Administrator in office administration is essential.
* Experience in construction or healthcare environment is a distinct advantage.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Excellent IT skills, including high ability in all Microsoft applications (Smart Sheet is an advantage).
* Excellent attention to detail and strong inter-personal and project management skills.
