Key Responsibilities:
* Establish hardware impact on assay performance to establish robust instrument controls and configurations.
* Lead assay-related investigations to establish the root cause of issues.
* Develop and improve test definitions for existing assay suites.
* Present findings and updates to the Engineering Team and influence key stakeholders using data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
* 5+ years of experience in high-end laboratory equipment and assay characterization/troubleshooting.
* Clinical laboratory experience working with mid-to-high volume immunoassay and clinical chemistry IVD instruments.
