Job Description
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project implementation and execution. You will coordinate the project team and manage the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure key project milestones are achieved and the successful delivery of the project.
Your Responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.
2. Overall responsibility for project team, labour control and coordination.
3. Liaise with key project stakeholders on a regular basis.
4. Maintain quality and health and safety standards in line with internal procedures.
5. Commercially focused.
6. Proven record delivering Electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
7. Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
8. Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.
Skills and Requirements
1. Relevant 3rd Level Electrical Qualification essential.
2. Electrical trade background would be advantageous.
3. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
4. Experience of managing Electrical projects a distinct advantage.
5. Excellent delegation and organisational skills.
6. Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team essential.
7. Ability to work and collaborate with the wider project team essential.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and oral required.
