Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will drive financial discipline and strategic growth in line with our 3 X10 X journey, focusing on commercial rigor, cost control, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Collaboration: Act as a key decision-maker and thought leader, building strong relationships and influencing business strategy.
* Commercial Rigor & Strategic Financial Planning: Drive strategic financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Cost Control & Financial Performance: Implement dynamic cost control measures, discipline, and rigor that adapt to changing business environments and operational efficiency.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Support key business decisions with robust financial modelling and forecasting.
* Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks within the control environment.
* KPI Alignment & Business Performance: Continuously evaluate performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize business outcomes.
* Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team of TTM Healthcare and Broadlake SLT to align strategic goals and ensure business continuity, transformation, and financial management efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:
* A bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is essential. Professional Qualifications: Eg: ACA or FCA, ACCA or FCCA, CIMA or CPA.
* Typically, 10+ years of progressively senior financial management experience. Experience in M&A, fundraising, and investor relations can be an advantage.
* Strong understanding of Irish and EU financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance. Familiarity with FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
