Realtime Recruitment are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer with excellent communication skills for an initial 6-Month Day-Rate contract, on behalf of a client based in North Dublin.
This is an initial 6 month daily-rate contract (with a high probability of extension). Day-Rate of - per day (depending on level of experience).
Desired Candidate Experience:
1. Working knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular:
* Active Directory/Office365
* Strong Windows experience
* Solid experience with both Hardware and Software
* Ticketing experience essential - This role would cater for up to tickets per day
1. A strong work ethic and passion for continuous career growth.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with users on all levels.
3. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a Stamp 4 Visa, Stamp 1G, or EU Passport.
