As a Senior Product Owner, you will join a team working on our Universal Pricing application for Generic Drug. This application currently responsible for pricing half a billion scripts per year, impacting millions of members. The goal of this team is to expand and broaden the application to include Brand and Specialty drugs so that it can reach our target of 1.5 billion scripts per year.
Within the role you will take on Product Owner/Project coordinator responsibilities for our UPP application, with a focus on communication, organization and aligning with other teams and delivering business functionalities. You will develop and maintain roadmaps for Solution delivery, and work alongside with other Product Owner to deliver new capabilities/ features align on roadmap.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Candidate to understand the Product vision and align with roadmap setup by the Product Managers.
• Collaborate with users, business owners and SME to identify potential solution and get sign-offs.
• Deliver new features/functionality with cross functional resources such as Engineering, Data science and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Prioritize & manage the backlog to deliver functionality as per agreed timelines.
• Candidate should be able to document the business processes as per organization standards.
• Provide user support and training for solution rollout & onboarding of users.

Required Qualifications:
• Senior Product Owner with strong proven industrial experience (preferably US Healthcare).
• Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure in a demanding environment
• Proven experience of working closely with technology teams.
• Experience working in an operational support environment to provide L2 support.
• Experience working on various delivery tools like JIRA, RALLY, Aha, Confluence, MIRO etc. to update the Product documentation.
• Delivered solutions on Cloud platforms to deliver application like Azure or AWS.
• Strong communication skills with the comfort in presenting/demonstrating application functionality to end users.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO or PSPO).
• Ability to quickly build subject matter expertise.
• Experience working with Customer Success Team.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
