Data Management Engineer

To support this vision, we need a skilled Data Management Engineer who can ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across our business. This role involves managing data governance, quality, and integration processes to inform strategic decision-making and drive business operations.
This position collaborates with various departments, including IT, finance, tax, operations, and client-facing teams, to maintain high-quality master data across systems.
* Design Aztec's target architecture for Master Data in line with business needs, existing technologies, and governance.
* Liaise between business and IT teams to align data requirements with strategic goals.
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders to communicate solution benefits and build demand.
* Develop technical solutions for data entry, approval, and maintenance for different data types.
* Configure front-end systems for high-quality data entry.
* Develop pipelines and data integrations from ADP to core systems.
* Manage development through Aztec Environments.
* Support integration of master data across enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and eFront.
* Work with IT teams to ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.
* Assist in data migration and transformation projects when implementing new systems.
* Train and support end-users in best practices for managing and utilizing master data.
* Implement data privacy and security best practices.
* Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.
* Monitor and improve data quality using profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
* Implement system upgrades on master data toolsets.
Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of Fund Administration business and supporting toolsets.
* Understanding of data management principles, including data quality management.
* Awareness of Master Data Management tools.
* Strong understanding of database management, data modeling, and SQL.
* Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally.
