As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful end-to-end delivery of two major initiatives: the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and a comprehensive website refresh. This role requires a blend of oversight and operational execution, ensuring both projects meet key objectives, timelines, and budget requirements. In addition to project management responsibilities, the role includes ad-hoc day-to-day administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of operations.
CRM Implementation:
1. Lead the full lifecycle of the CRM implementation project, from initial planning and vendor selection to system deployment and post-launch support.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring the CRM meets the needs of the Chamber and its members.
3. Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, and budget to ensure smooth and timely execution.
4. Oversee data migration, system integration, and user training to ensure seamless adoption of the new CRM.
5. Monitor the performance of the CRM system post-launch and drive continuous improvements based on user feedback.
Website Refresh:
1. Project manage the website redesign and refresh, ensuring it aligns with the brand, member needs, and modern digital standards.
2. Liaise with design and development teams to ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-optimised, and integrated with the CRM.
3. Oversee testing, launch, and ongoing website maintenance to ensure functionality and user experience.
Administrative Duties:
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to Chamber staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating events.
2. Assist with general office duties, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
3. Support member communications and queries, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
1. Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
2. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Process Improvements:
1. Identify opportunities for process enhancements within both the CRM and website, aiming to improve operational efficiency and member engagement.
2. Implement and document best practices for future projects and ongoing system maintenance.

3. Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or systems integration projects is highly desirable.
4. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
