Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design Design digital assets, including social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, online advertisements, video editing and copy.Create visually engaging infographics, eBooks, and presentation templates to enhance content marketing efforts.Develop cohesive visual identities for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Produce video assets in live-action and graphics.Produce additional content series such as podcasts and e-publications.Content Marketing Design Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design assets that enhance storytelling, customer education and drive engagement.Design dynamic visuals for blog posts, brochures, whitepapers, and case studies to captivate readers.Manage the production of multimedia content, including video overlays, animations, and interactive assets.Campaign Support Partner with the marketing team to develop visually impactful assets for product launches, trade shows, and conferences.Monitor and iterate designs based on campaign performance data and user feedback.Brand Development Ensure brand consistency across all content and design outputs.Contribute to evolving the brand's visual identity, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective.Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital design or a similar role, preferably within a tech or B2B environment.A strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing assets.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.Experience creating graphics optimised for web and social media platforms.Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile design.Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and CRM marketing platforms.Knowledge of content marketing strategies, including SEO and audience engagement best practices.
