Administrator (Information Management Support)
This role will work with the Quality Team to deliver on team plans and support continuous improvement in information management and service delivery for Kare.
Responsibilities
* SUPPORT THE ORGANISATION TO BE COMPLIANT WITH LEGISLATION, REGULATION AND STANDARDS
* DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, REVIEW AND IMPROVE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
* MANAGE INFORMATION IN A CONFIDENTIAL AND SECURE MANNER
* PERFORM SYSTEM EXPORTS FOR REPORT PREPARATION
* OVERSEE ACTIONS IN QUALITY TEAM PLAN
* PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR THE QUALITY DEPARTMENT
Requirements
* RELEVANT THIRD LEVEL QUALIFICATION OR EXPERIENCE
* EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE
* STRONG ADMINISTRATIVE, ORGANISATIONAL AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
* ABILITY TO WORK ON OWN INITIATIVE AND AS PART OF A TEAM
* EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
