About the Role
We are seeking a Part-time Accounts and Administrator to join our non-profit organization based in the D2 area.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of Sage accounts and will assist with the implementation of the package into our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with the system developer to implement the new system
* Learning the system and helping to implement it within a small office environment
* Assisting the two office staff with administrative tasks
* Sending payments, answering queries and providing support to students across the country
* Liaising with various branches to facilitate smooth operations
* Assisting with payments, allocations, reconciliations, income and expenditure filing
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. We are looking for a self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Knowledge of Sage accounts
* A minimum of 4-5 years of office/accounts experience
We offer a flexible schedule with 20 hours per week. The hourly rate is €20-22 per hour.
