We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for our client in Co. Sligo. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the front office team in a busy and customer-focused environment within a prestigious property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth check-in/check-out procedures
* Manage and train front office staff to deliver a high standard of service
* Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Prepare reports and monitor KPIs to improve service efficiency
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or in a supervisory front desk role (hotel or hospitality preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
* Knowledge of front office systems and booking software is an advantage
* A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
