We're currently hiring experienced Spa Therapists for weekend shifts.
Primary Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of Facial and Body treatments, ensuring quality service and standards while providing a unique and memorable guest spa experience.
* Adhere to all health & safety requirements.
* Maintain knowledge of treatments, packages, and promotions.
* Participate in demonstrations and events as required.
* Show a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires.
* Ensure opening and closing procedures meet SPA standards.
* Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Prior experience (1-2 years) is desirable.
* An internationally recognized beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent).
* Experience in Swedish massage and other types of massage.
* Facial experience.
* A warm and caring personality.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
* Advanced knowledge in skincare and ability to educate clients on skin analysis and prescription.
* A true passion for the role as a Spa professional.
* Punctual, self-organized, and proactive.
* Fluent English and flexible with hours (no late nights required).
