Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee. They will receive an annualised salary of €33,000 and accrue 28 days' annual leave per annum (including paid Public Holidays).
The role is based in Drogheda, Co Louth, with a blended working model in place. A minimum of 2 days a week in Drogheda (Thursday and one other day) are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and data analysis responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility
* Managing service mailboxes on an ongoing basis for HIDS
* Providing support to the HIDS Data Quality Manager/Lead with strategic planning through comprehensive analysis of data sets and sources
* Supporting the HIDS Data Team Manager/Leads with data and statistical analysis and reporting tools

Qualifications and Experience:

The minimum qualification is a pass in at least five subjects from the approved list of subjects in the Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination, including Mathematics and English or Irish. Alternatively, a relevant examination at a comparable standard in another jurisdiction or a comparable and relevant third-level qualification of at least level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland (QQI) is also acceptable.
Candidates must have achieved a pass in Ordinary or Higher-level papers, including a high standard of suitability for the proper discharge of the office. Experience of working with data or in a similar business environment is desirable.
