Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Responsibilities:
* Manage Reception Area
* Greet customers and deal with their queries
* Deal with incoming calls, log sales calls, take phone messages
* Type up letters, quotations, emails as required for Dealer Principal and General Manager
* Look after outgoing post and keep post book updated daily
* Log Trade-ins and Used Car Sales
* Process Change of Ownership and RF105s
* Handle Used Car Warranty paperwork
* Register cars for customers and log details
* Keep Fuel Payments log and Petty Cash log
* Maintain calendarized record of all tax renewals for Company Demonstrators to ensure timely renewal
* Apply for duplicate paperwork at VRO
* Send weekly Thank you letters for New & Used Vehicles
* Complete New & Used Vehicle customer sheet and make calls
