Excellent Opportunity for Hard Services Facilities Management Leaders. We are welcoming applications for the position of Technical Services Manager to manage hard service maintenance operations (mechanical / electrical) on this prestigious corporate campus. As the Technical Services Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues and be an ambassador of a one team approach within the technical operations team.
You will have the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Technical Services element, providing technical support. You will manage the on-site technical team and various sub-contractors to deliver an exceptional service. Applicants will also need to demonstrate financial control by operating within the approved budget that you will assist to develop.

* Management and coordination of technical services audits
* Operations; Team Leadership, ensure remedial actions are completed
* Resolve technical challenges, processes and systems, providing solutions to customer needs
* All technical services; fixed, planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities, operational performance reports
* Delivery of KPI's and SLA's
* People Management / Leadership; motivation, recognition and engagement, coach, ensure all reports have development plans, encourage training, delegating, performance reviews
* Supplier Management of all technical services provided through sub contractors and ensure service delivery and service level agreements adherence in line with standards, performance Management for sub-contract suppliers
* OPEX Technical Services annual budget planning process and ownership
* Champion local initiatives to the wider Region and share best practice.
* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, driving the implementation of innovations that will create account success
* Assist project teams on large scale refurbishments, fit-outs or new builds associated with contract
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical field
* Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems.
* Health and Safety qualification, Nebosh / IOSH - preferable
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* An eye for detail and good design
* Strong communication skills
* A proven track record in Excellent leadership and people management
* Excellent motivational and influencing skills demonstrating integrity and a level commercial awareness
* Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues with a high level of diplomacy
* Numerate with computer literacy
* Experience in the Implementation and monitoring of policy and process compliance
