Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager with a strong knowledge of room yield management and pricing strategies to help drive revenue growth and optimize the performance of the hotel. Responsibilities: Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize room yield, occupancy, and overall revenue for the hotel. Pricing Strategy: Oversee room pricing, rate plans, and inventory management to ensure competitive positioning in the market while maximizing profitability. Forecasting & Reporting: Create accurate and timely forecasts for room revenue, occupancy, and other key performance metrics. Provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management. Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition. Distribution Management: Oversee the hotels distribution channels (online travel agents, direct bookings, etc.), ensuring that the hotels rates and availability are effectively managed across all platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and front-office teams to align revenue strategies with hotel goals and enhance the guest experience. Budgeting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, ensuring revenue targets are set and achieved while maintaining cost controls and profitability. Yield Management: Monitor and adjust room yields based on demand forecasts, special events, and other factors to optimize occupancy and rates. System Management: Utilize revenue management software and tools to track performance, adjust pricing, and manage inventory effectively. Requirements: Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge and experience in room yield management, dynamic pricing, and revenue forecasting. Proficiency in using Revenue Management Systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and other related software tools. A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of the local market, competition, and customer behavior. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
